舍（中英双语）

　　无始以来，无明迷乱的习气使得我们误以为自我和外境是真实的存在，出于对“自我”的贪爱，我们早已经非常熟练于对喜欢的人事贪恋不已，对不喜欢的人事厌恶远离，对跟自己无关的人事漠不关心。这种“爱我执”的习气使我们看待众生总是带着强烈的个人偏见，心量非常狭窄，并且越来越偏离于实相真理。

　　Since the beginningless time, the habit of ignorance and confusion has led us to think that the self and the external environment are in real existence. Because of the attachment of the “self”， we have already been very skilled to cling to people we like, and we feel disgusted and stay far from the people we do not like. Moreover, they are indifferent to people who have nothing to do with themselves. This kind of the “Attachment of Self-loving” habit makes us treat sentient beings with strong personal prejudice and narrowmind, and more and more deviate from the reality of truth.
